i did all the steps when the heatsinks were warm,i tried but there wasnt red rings but no green ring also.must i wait till its completely cooled off or is there something wrong?
@excelcisor respect to u man… the ps3 network is good but the quality of the live is better, but its not for the third of the price specialy if u had ur 360 for a year or two, those fifty bucks will catch up fast plus the wifi adapter… live is good but not worth 50 bucks i stoped buying liveafter gears of wr got old… ps network is always their and its always free… respect
yh but i have played the ps3 online and it just doent keep up with the 360. It is just amazing for 1/3 of the price

you know the ironic part, when u get the e74 message it tells you exactly what to do. call microsoft. its lik they put it in there on purpose.
why would i turn off my pc? and why does saying that i am fed up with people arguing about which console is better make me a ****?

@excelcisor 36% fail rate as by far superior to a system with less then 10%(ps3)… u cant (intelgently)prove how 360 is better but deff could do that with the ps3… i have all new gens systems and i do like 360 but ps3 is by far the bes,t just facts
yh but if i get a new one they have a chip in so they dont break and xbox is far superior to any other games console but the ddi is about on the same level as people that have ps3s
@excelcisor PS3 breaks 2… but nothing like the rate of 360… fix ur cheap system just so u have to do it again in a week … just save ur money sell ur 360 get a dsi ur better off lol

a daunbreakable 1 a u have to over heat it until it turns off and take the hard drive

i got the red ring of death, rebooted after a few minutes and it worked!!
