How do I get my halo 3 films onto the computer?

I have saved halo 3 films on my xbox and i want to know how to get them onto my computer.

OK, there are two ways of doing this, both requiring a bit of money
1. This is the first way, and the cheaper of the two in the short run, but only works for Halo 3 (and ODST)

2. The second way is to buy a capture card. There is a tutorial linked vvv on Youtube on how to install one. An expensive option, but can record everything on your TV to your computer, and is a one-time payment.
If you’re just a casual gamer, i recommend no.1
Or you can go to Bungie.net forums and ask for someone to capture a few videos for you, some people like helping people on the internet, believe it or not (unlike the guy above me)
