How do i record videos from my xbox 360 when im using a monitor?

   You can hook the xbox 360 to a dvr, dvd, pc input along with your monitor to output on any of these devices that have available inputs and outputs.

   note: DVI will give you the same video quality as HDMI, in addition you will need rca cables for sound by syncing it on to the same input as the video. There will be a loss of quality with sound compared to HDMI audio.

   well you just need to purchase a capture card and instal it into ur computer then thier fairly cheap and wont **** up your time setting up al the equipment everybody else is recomending goodluck
