The Mixamp and the A40, but what about cables to connect your A40 to a Ipod Touch or with a Mp3 player or a Mobile Phone?

usb is included with the kit (a40 and mixamp) you can buy the usb on astros homepage or in electronic stores

You can use an HD tv with he astros but you have to buy a couple of extra things

The batteries is for the mixamp itself if you dont want to power it by usb (you got usb on your xbox 360) you can use rechargeables

What’s the purpose of the “Rechargeable Battery Pack”? Is it basically rechargeable AAs to power the MixAmp? Or Does the headset itself require an additional power source?

The 6ft/12ft TOSlink optical cable is usually an extra. The other cables are all included.
