do your research, on the release of this gen of consoles they all said that would not be following the 5 year life cycle as the machines were getting too costly to upgrade with only minor improvements as well as the fact that the bigger games were only just getting to grips with milking the machines full potential when the gamers were already saving for the next console

Anyway, Kinect is just Microsoft trying to get into the Wii’s ‘family friendly’ market. No real gamer wants to wave their hands about or jump up and down to play a game. I for one would just like one of those oldschool things, what were they called again? Oh yeah, controllers!! And the only game they showed off for it was some shitty tiger petting game, seriously what the fuck?

Kinect, lame. Wii bandwagoneers, i hope this isnt the future of gaming, most gamers dont wanna dance around or wave there arms like a bunch of looneys in front of the tv, unless ur letting us hold a gun and shoot without a controller or something cool like that. seriously…

no you don’t, the nex 360 is kinect inabled with a special kinect port which acts as the power supply, for the current 360 you have to use a power pack plugged in to a mains supply

@kentieboy96 …That’s just plain luck, or that the Xbox has less to load. Since the “main quality” of the game usually’s better on PS3, Higher res and stuff. But by SPEED i mean mere computing speed, not “speed” as you thought i meant…
the gaming world is not going to become based off of that motion. It’ll become a big part, but I don’t think hardcore gamers will ever put down a good old fashioned controller for awesome, in-depth games
